The better alternative to hand crimping is our Cappress Junior Vial
Crimper.
This manual bench-top vial crimper was designed
to take the strain out of crimping 20mm seals. Completely mobile but with a
sound stable base, Cappress Junior can be easily moved from one work-place to
another. The design of the lever mechanism generates extra pressure with less
effort, making crimping easier and therefore increasing production.
The vial crimper heads are easily interchangeable with different sizes
as they simply screw in and out in seconds. Cappress Junior will take all sizes
of crimping head up to 30mm including those for atomiser pumps and 20mm
flip-top caps with that extra tag.
We have many years of experience in the design and manufacture of vial crimping
tools. We only use the best quality materials; the crimping jaws are machined
to precise limits and are then hardened and coated to give long life and
smooth, trouble-free operation.
