Cappress Senior Pneumatic Vial Capping Machine for capping vials from 8mm to 32mm

A new addition to our range of vial capping equipment is our Cappress Senior Pneumatic vial capping machine.

This unit only requires a supply of compressed air to operate.

We have designed this capping machine to be easy to clean, set and operate without the need to continually read complicated instruction manuals.

The capping heads are interchangeable without the need for tools, they simply screw in and out by hand, and all sizes of cap can be catered for up to 32mm.

Different vial heights can easily be accommodated by adjustment of the top hand wheel, and the vial diameter is accommodated by adjusting a single hand wheel which moves both guides simultaneously ensuring they are always centred. The bench unit has dual operating buttons to keep the operators hands clear of the moving parts.

The upper capping part can easily be fitted into an automatic track feeding system and requires a single air pipe to operate and a feeder system is currently under development. Materials used are stainless steel and anodised or plated aluminium and the bottle guides are made from Acetal. The capping heads are hardened and plated steel but stainless steel can also be specified if required.
