Stainless Steel Cappress Junior for Sterile / Injectables Crimping and Decapping Applications
Grade 316 Stainless Steel, can be used in completely sterile
environments and can be sterilized in solution.
The only solution for crimping and decapping in
completely sterile environments with items such as injectables.
This stainless steel press was designed to take the strain out of crimping 20mm
seals within completely sterile environments or wherever complete sterilization
is required.
Stainless Steel Cappress Junior is slightly smaller than the standard version
which makes it ideal for use in isolators. The design of the lever mechanism
generates extra pressure with less effort, making crimping easier and therefore
increasing production.
The stainless steel crimping heads are easily interchangeable with different
sizes as they simply screw in and out in seconds as with the standard Cappress
Junior.
